Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care in accordance with client care plans.

  • Communicate and collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
  • Respond promptly to changes in client condition and escalate as required.
Qualifications
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • Current CPR / First Aid certification.
  • Experience in home care, long-term care, or hospital settings (preferred).
  • Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
