The performance of the job requires attention to reading and understanding written reports (in charts and in Point Click Care); it requires assessment abilities and the ability to quickly estimate and correctly complete medications equations; it requires the ability to use computers; it requires and understanding of measures both environmental and chemical for the individualized treatment of discomforts; and it requires the ability to support and work with all team members, including attentive listening and effective and respectful communication.
The target hiring range for this position is $39.55 to $46.40 with a maximum of $53.24. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
