Regional Sales Manager, DFS - Vancouver
Our client is a HVAC Manufacturer. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive Residential and Light Commercial HVAC sales through working with channel partners on strategic selling to meet and exceed sales targets through existing and future project opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Sales management of our residential, light commercial and PTAC product lines. (single and multi-zone ductless, ducted and PTAC product lines)
- Developing project opportunity pipelines with distribution partners and contractors.
- Travel as required to coverage areas.
- Coach, develop, motivate and support external teams
What we are looking for:
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with building internal and external partnerships
- Min 5 years industry experience
- B2B sales experience
- Residential/commercial A/C background
- Public speaking and presentation skills
