AsRegional Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations within your territory, coordinating teams to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and to the highest quality standards. In this key role, you will foster customer satisfaction, solve operational challenges, and adapt to evolving market conditions while contributing directly to Greenfoot Energy Solutions’ growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:Manages daily field operations, coordinating tasks and resources. ensuring clear communication for efficient, high-quality project execution and delivery.
• Customer Satisfaction:Ensures client needs are addressed promptly and effectively, consistently delivering exceptional service that strengthens Greenfoot’s reputation.
• Operational Efficiency:Streamlines processes, optimizes resources, and drives improvements that increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance profitability.
• Diligent Growth Strategy:participates in the planning and executes strategies to expand market share, pursue new opportunities, and strengthen Greenfoot’s industry presence.
• Policy Adherence and Risk Management:Ensures strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance by training teams, enforcing standards, and mitigating operational risks.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate is a proven leader, with experience managing teams in dynamic, service-oriented environments. A background in HVAC, sheet metal, electrical, spray foam, or cellulose along with a strong understanding of quality standards, compliance, and safety protocols is considered an asset. Candidates must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage resources efficiently while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Success in this role requires outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to foster client trust, resolve issues quickly, and maintain Greenfoot’s reputation for reliability. The Regional Operations Manager should also be adept at coaching and mentoring team members, supporting recruitment and retention, and driving operational improvements that enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
