Your role as Regional Account Executive, West

The mission of the Regional Account Executive is to develop a go-to-market strategy for Alberta to build the Dialogue brand and grow the business. This role focuses on mid-sized and larger/enterprise accounts, with full market coverage being essential. We seek someone motivated by the opportunity to positively impact Canadian health.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Manage the entire sales process, including identifying, qualifying, capturing, and closing complex sales with companies having over 2000 employees;
  2. Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to create sales content and materials;
  3. Follow a defined sales process, record activities in our CRM, and coordinate with the Go-to-Market team and other departments such as Medical Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal;
  4. Utilize Marketing, Business Development leads, partnerships, and direct prospecting to generate sales opportunities;
  5. Work closely with key brokers and advisors locally and nationally;
  6. Present Dialogue to prospective customers' executives, both virtually and in person.

  • Passionate professionalism: You represent a key differentiator through your presence, passion, and professionalism in selling health to top Canadian brands in a dynamic space.
  • A mission-oriented mindset: You are committed to selling a service that enhances access to quality healthcare and improves the health and well-being of Canadians.
  • Experience with strategic selling in complex environments: Minimum 5 years in enterprise sales, managing relationships, demonstrating sales acumen, and employing an evangelical selling approach with excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in virtual healthcare contexts.

It’s even better if you also have:

  • Experience in health benefits or insurance industries;
  • Experience selling to HR, Operations, or Finance departments;
  • Experience selling to the public or financial sectors;
  • Experience with Salesforce.
