A local government in British Columbia is seeking a customer-oriented Recreation Facility Clerk for a part-time role in White Rock. The individual will be responsible for processing registrations, bookings, and maintaining office records. Ideal candidates will have completed Grade 12 with customer service training and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers 12 hours of work per week and requires exemplary customer care skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

The Recreation and Culture Department seeks a customer-oriented and self-motivated individual to join their department in the Recreation Facility Clerk role on a Regular Part-Time basis. This position processes program registrations and facility bookings, sets up reoccurring programs, and monitors program enrollment. Other clerking duties include but are not limited to preparing and maintaining office records, including correspondence, reports, minutes, flyers, and statistics, opening and closing facilities, and performing a variety of payment processing transactions. As a first point of contact and front-line staff member, your exemplary customer care skills will be demonstrated in supplying information, assistance, and direction to the public and other groups and handling inquiries regarding rules, programs, and regulations. The scheduled days to start are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11:30am-3:30pm.
