We are seeking a talented, highly motivated, self-starting creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future real estate buyers and sellers through content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.

Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing, advertising, and real estate is critical. A degree of creativity is required.

Responsibilities
  • Keeps social media accounts up to date and active in the market
  • Streamline campaign materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message for email, postcard, and social media strategies
  • Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized
  • Run targeted Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns and boosts
  • Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers
  • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
  • Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
  • Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers
  • Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand
Qualifications
  • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
  • Develop new concepts based on input
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
  • 2 or more years of experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required
  • Expertly use Meta Tools, Canva, AI tools, and other cutting-edge graphic design and social media platforms
Compensation

$17 - $19 hourly
