We are seeking an independent contractor to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor located in Saint John, NB. The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for conducting market analyses, advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, negotiating deals, and maintaining excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include working with tenants, landlords, vendors, and purchasers to facilitate successful commercial real estate transactions.

Required Education and Experience :

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate or other facet of real estate preferred
  • Strong Sales skills and customer service orientation
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Client focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
  • Excel in a fast-paced performance driven environment
  • University degree preferred
  • Real Estate license for New Brunswick or willing to obtain
