Responsibilities
  • Independent contractor role as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor located in Moncton, NB. The Advisor will conduct market analyses, advise clients on commercial real estate transactions, negotiate deals, and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Day-to-day tasks include working with tenants, landlords, vendors, and purchasers to facilitate successful commercial real estate transactions.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate or other facet of real estate preferred
