This Role

We’re looking for a React Native Developer. You’ve built and scaled apps used by millions, apps that feel alive in the hand where every scroll, tap, and gesture flows naturally. You understand that great mobile experiences aren’t just functional; they’re emotional.

In this role, you will own the entire mobile experience and define what Personal Intelligence feels like in the palm of someone’s hand.

You Will

• Own the mobile experience end to end, from architecture and design systems to App Store deployment and continuous optimization.
• Build performant, beautiful, real‑time interfaces with feed systems that scroll effortlessly and chat experiences that feel instantaneous and human.
• Architect chat‑first experiences that include real‑time messaging, seamless conversation flows, and offline resilience that make the product feel truly alive.
• Push the limits of mobile performance through bundle optimization, frame‑rate tuning, background task management, and gesture fluidity.
• Champion UX craft by implementing mobile patterns such as pull‑to‑refresh, navigation transitions, and gesture handling that feel intuitive and elegant.
• Shape the mobile architecture and guide decisions on state management, code organization, developer experience, and performance tooling.
• Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to ensure consistency, responsiveness, and exceptional feel across every interaction.

Must Have Skills

• Proven success building and scaling high‑engagement consumer apps where performance and polish define success.
• Deep expertise in React Native and TypeScript with strong opinions about architecture and performance best practices.
• Experience tackling complex mobile problems such as infinite scrolling feeds, real‑time messaging, memory management, offline sync, and complex state flows.
• A strong sense of ownership and craft. You care about animation curves, loading states, and interaction feedback as much as business logic.
• Passion for mobile UX at scale. You’ve shipped experiences that users touch hundreds of times a day and you notice what others overlook.
• Curiosity and creativity to explore what Personal Intelligence means in a mobile‑first world.
