We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to lead quality initiatives for enterprise‑scale personalization projects within the Pega CDH MarTech Application team. This role combines hands‑on testing with leadership responsibilities, including defining test strategies, mentoring junior QA engineers, and driving automation adoption. You will work closely with architects, developers, and product owners to ensure robust quality practices and deliver high‑performing, secure solutions that power personalized marketing and sales experiences.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for large‑scale personalization and decisioning platforms
  • Lead QA planning and estimation for projects, ensuring alignment with delivery timelines
  • Design and maintain advanced automated testing frameworks and pipelines
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing across Pega CDH and integrated MarTech platforms
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enforce quality standards and best practices
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, reviewing test cases and automation scripts
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and reporting metrics
  • Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance requirements
