The Property Services Inspector is responsible for ensuring Whistler Platinum’s luxury properties are guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards. This role focuses on conducting thorough property inspections, identifying maintenance and housekeeping issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and homeowners. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality.

What will I be doing?
  • Conduct detailed inspections of properties before guest arrivals, ensuring they meet Whistler Platinum’s cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, property damage, or missing items, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Verify that housekeeping standards have been met and provide feedback to the team as needed.
  • Ensure all guest amenities, supplies, and in-home technology are properly stocked and functional.
  • Complete digital inspection checklists and document findings with photos when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with the Property Services Supervisor, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams to resolve any property issues.
  • Respond to last-minute guest and homeowner requests, ensuring a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Assist in seasonal deep cleans, inventory checks, and property upgrades.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of each home’s specific features and operational requirements.
  • Occasionally assist in urgent housekeeping or light maintenance tasks to ensure immediate guest satisfaction.
  • Other duties as required – teamwork and flexibility are key to ensuring smooth operations.

  • Knowledge of Whistler and the surrounding area is an advantage.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required.
  • Valid driver’s license is an asset.
