Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as required, such as changing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and minor repairs.
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately
- Leadership skills and ability to organize trades in a timely manner,
- You are people oriented but also have the ability to stand your ground firmly.
- Ensure assigned projects are completed according to the contract documents
- Communicate service level expectations clearly to all staff.
- Safeguard materials, tools, and equipment; supervise staff, including performance evaluation, discipline, attendance tracking, training, and development.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) to create, manage, and monitor project budgets, schedules, purchase orders, and subcontracts
- Available for weekend work as needed to address emergencies and perform scheduled maintenance.
- Assist with quotation reviews to ensure fair and competitive pricing recommendations
- Support project close-out activities and documentation requirements
- Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple concurrent projects
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Onsite Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in property management, construction management, or a related field is an asset.
- Hands‑on experience with property maintenance and general repair tasks.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods and equipment
- Strong knowledge of building systems and relevant regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
- Availability to work 8 hours daily, with flexibility for weekends as required.

Pay: CA$50,000.00 - CA$70,000.00 per year
