Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as required, such as changing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and minor repairs.
  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately
  • Leadership skills and ability to organize trades in a timely manner,
  • You are people oriented but also have the ability to stand your ground firmly.
  • Ensure assigned projects are completed according to the contract documents
  • Communicate service level expectations clearly to all staff.
  • Safeguard materials, tools, and equipment; supervise staff, including performance evaluation, discipline, attendance tracking, training, and development.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) to create, manage, and monitor project budgets, schedules, purchase orders, and subcontracts
  • Available for weekend work as needed to address emergencies and perform scheduled maintenance.
  • Assist with quotation reviews to ensure fair and competitive pricing recommendations
  • Support project close-out activities and documentation requirements
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple concurrent projects
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Onsite Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience in property management, construction management, or a related field is an asset.
  • Hands‑on experience with property maintenance and general repair tasks.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods and equipment
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Availability to work 8 hours daily, with flexibility for weekends as required.
