About The Opportunity

The is a great opportunity who for someone who is aiming to progress their career and someone who is keen to work on a hybrid basis. You will support the Owner in delegating work, coordinating schedules, and planning the day‑to‑day operations on their TI projects, new build construction, and servicing jobs.

This opportunity is available to candidates based in Vancouver, New Westminster, Surrey, Langley, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Richmond, North Vancouver and Maple Ridge.

About The Position
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for commercial TI projects
  • Review drawings and specifications for scope, risk, and constructability
  • Solicit, level, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
  • Manage TI projects from award to close‑out, ensuring schedule and budget control
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords, and property managers
  • Develop and maintain project schedules for fast‑track TI work
  • Administer contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
  • Monitor project costs, forecasts, and cash flow
  • Oversee project close‑out, including deficiencies, turnover, and documentation
The Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on Tenant Improvement (TI) projects
  • Proven experience in both estimating and project management roles
  • Ability to prepare accurate estimates, budgets, and cost forecasts
  • Experience coordinating and managing subcontractors, consultants, and clients
  • Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel)
  • Solid knowledge of local building codes, trades, and procurement practices
