This role owns delivery execution - scope, timeline, communication, and stakeholder alignment - while ensuring customers are prepared to adopt, operate, and ultimately own their Traction Rec solution. You bring strong project management discipline, experience and passion for non-profits, and working knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Nonprofit Cloud and emerging AI capabilities such as Agentforce.

Who we are

At Traction Rec, community is at the heart of everything we do. We empower nonprofit organizations like YMCAs, Jewish Community Centers (JCCs), Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA), and Salvation Army Kroc Centers to strengthen their communities through great technology built on the Salesforce platform. By enabling these organizations to deliver their services more efficiently, we help them focus on creating meaningful connections and driving positive change where it matters most.

We believe that business is a powerful force for good. As part of this belief, we’ve committed to the Pledge 1% for the Planet, dedicating 1% of our time, product, profit, or equity to supporting environmental and community causes. This commitment reflects our dedication to creating a positive impact that extends beyond technology.

Our achievements

Our passion for community and innovation has earned us recognition, including:

  • Salesforce Nonprofit Sales Partner of the Year and ISV Partner of the Year

If you’re passionate about making a difference and want to join a company that puts community first, we’d love to have you on this journey with us. Together, let’s create stronger, healthier, and more connected communities.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Traction Rec on Salesforce, from kickoff through go-live and transition to support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with technical project team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee testing process, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate system functionality.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
  • Plan and consult on training and change management strategies and activities to ensure minimal disruption and high end user proficiency and adoption.
  • Conduct business analysis to ensure solutions meet objectives and align with business needs.
  • Manage go-live issue resolution and partner with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and continuous improvement.
  • Travel to clients (must be able to travel in Canada and US, without restriction).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years in B2B client-facing roles managing and delivering technology and business change projects with a focus on SaaS product implementation.
  • Experience working with non-profit or public sector organizations (e.g. YMCAs, JCCs, Parks & Rec, membership-based organizations).
  • Strong understanding and use of project management methodologies and tools with relevant certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP) preferred.
