Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Coordinator – Project Managers, you act as a link between Fontaine Aquanox and its clients by coordinating the complete activities of the projects for which you are responsible, ensuring they are carried out efficiently, within the prescribed deadlines, and most importantly, to the satisfaction of our clients. You will:
- Establish and maintain the project schedule with the client and the organization until the shipment of products and other project deliverables.
- Represent and actively contribute to achieving Fontaine Aquanox’s objectives in terms of safety, quality, meeting deadlines, and cost control.
- Conclude a clear and complete technical agreement with the client for each order, describing the products to be supplied, which will allow the release for manufacturing.
- In case of changes to the original contract, conclude a new price agreement respecting the client’s requirements and expected margins.
- Coordinate the activities of internal and external partners and ensure the required communication for the effective realization of projects.
- Perform, on certain projects, the design and basic calculations necessary for the sizing of structural components of products (study).
- Identify the specific raw material for the project and ensure its timely supply.
- Receive and coordinate the handling of customer complaints related to delivered products.
- Manage and participate in projects to improve work tools, processes, and products, in line with new expressed needs and strategic planning.
- Work closely with staff from different departments.
Customer interactions are mainly in writing, including the sending of documents. The majority of activities are outside Quebec and take place in English. Existing templates are available for sending as well as electronic translation tools to facilitate understanding and quality of communications.

Skills We Are Looking For
- College degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Excellent understanding of reading construction, mechanical, and civil plans.
- Good understanding of English (spoken and written).
- In-depth knowledge of MS-Office software, particularly MS-Excel.
