Job description

You are responsible for ensuring the project achieves its objectives—delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to define, plan, track, and manage every aspect of the project. This includes aligning key resources, driving execution, maintaining stakeholder engagement, and ensuring strong collaboration across management, customers, and suppliers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Project Delivery: Lead the full project lifecycle—from discovery and design through implementation and post-launch review. Ensure deliverables meet business objectives, timelines, and financial targets.
  • Communication: Drive clear, transparent updates on status, risks, and financials to all stakeholders, including Executive Sponsors and Steering Committees.
  • Partner Management: Collaborate with internal and external partners to surface dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless coordination and successful delivery.
  • Financial Management: Develop, monitor, and report on project budgets and operating plans. Prepare proposals and secure approvals to maintain uninterrupted project progress.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure project goals are met and sustained.
  • Transition Management: Oversee smooth transition from project completion to operational support, ensuring readiness across all functions.
