  • Deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget while managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure accountability among large teams, including owners, consultants, and contractors

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in delivering capital real estate projects, including new construction and renovations
  • Post-secondary education in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Experience as an “Owner Representative” in a fee-for-service consulting environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and highly organized
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and experienced with MS Project or similar scheduling software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • P.Eng. or similar professional designation is an asset
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
  • Sustainability designation such as LEED, CSP, or ENV SP is an asset
