This position is based in Brossard and requires a hybrid presence of 3 days per week in the office.
As part of the creation of a new Project Management team within Operations, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will lead projects of varying scope. These include technical product‑related projects such as new product introduction and industrialization or product maintenance, as well as projects focused on quality, continuous improvement, and process optimization. The role may also involve leading corporate initiatives that support the company’s growth.
Reporting to the Operations Project Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in delivering complex, high‑impact projects while working closely with R&D, Quality, Production, Strategic Purchasing, and Continuous Improvement teams.
You are a dynamic, persuasive, and results‑oriented professional with solid experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the electronics industry.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of projects within the Operations department, with the exception of new equipment introduction (NPI) projects, for which they will specifically oversee the industrialization phase.
