Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in construction with an emphasis on safety.

Responsibilities

  • Develop complete understanding of contract plans and specifications.
  • Examine field conditions and identify problems, inaccuracies.
  • Prepare monthly cost projections and quarterly cash flow projections.
  • Manage document control and ensure compliance with contract specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
