Civil Project Director – PPP &Public Infrastructure

We are seeking a senior Civil Project Director to lead large,complex public infrastructure and PPP (P3) civil projects in theVancouver market. This executive-level role is responsible for overseeingdelivery of major government-funded and alternative-delivery projects withsignificant stakeholder, commercial, and regulatory complexity.

This position is ideal for a civil construction leader with deepexperience navigating public owners, concession partners, and long-terminfrastructure programs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide executive oversight of PPP(P3) and public-sector civil infrastructure projects from pursuitthrough delivery
  
• Lead integrated project teamsincluding operations, design partners, and concession stakeholders
  
• Drive project governance, riskmanagement, and commercial strategy under alternative delivery models
  
• Maintain accountability for cost,schedule, safety, quality, and contractual performance
  
• Serve as senior point of contactfor public owners, government agencies, lenders, and private partners
  
• Support pursuits, RFQs, RFPs, andbid strategy for future PPP and public infrastructure work
