A leading mass timber manufacturer in Vancouver is seeking a Project Coordinator to support mass timber construction projects. The role involves managing project documents, financial controls, and coordinating with various stakeholders. An ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

Position Description
The Project Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager - Projects and will be responsible for supporting mass timber construction projects and scaling Mercer Mass Timber Projects Division. This role is key in the success of each project. You'll be tasked with managing; project submittals, RFI’s, schedules, and pre-construction activities along with supporting the Project Manager(s). Your ability to multitask, drive assigned tasks and is essential for achieving project objectives. Successful collaboration with your team of professionals will be a cornerstone of the project's overall success and the scaling of Mercer Mass Timber Construction Services.
