SUMMARY: The position of the Program Manager assists the Account/Business Manager with technical sales, customer relationship management and program management. The role requires direct interaction with Customers, Sales and Operations Teams in order to deliver clean orders into the business. Together with the Account/Business Manager the Program Manager promotes values and sets the stage so that they can deliver great customer experiences.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In support of the Account/Business Manager:
  • Program management both technically and timelines, plus leading the order confirmation meeting.
  • Ensures necessary order information is obtained from customers (post clean orders)
  • Attend design reviews and ensure scope compliance.
  • Initiate customer complaints.
  • Manage milestones, updates, test scheduling MAP, monitor and attend mold tests.
  • Instigate customer delivery of materials for mold qualification and prepare checklists.
  • Organize daily agendas and wrap up meetings for customer visits.
  • Facilitate customer approval prior to shipment incl. Plastic Part Inspection (PPI) Meetings and reworks.
  • Follow up to measure Delivering Great Customer Experience (DGCE) success and provide feedback to the business as needed.
  • Act as ambassador for STK with the customer and internal parties.
  • Back up Account Manager as required.
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks/projects as required by the business.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years experience in a Program, Projects or Customer Service in a B2B environment Preference given to candidate with experience in Injection Molding
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Business or related field preferred. Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation an asset.
  • Excellent communications, presentations, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability and proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
