A community-focused nonprofit organization based in Ontario is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Girls in Sport initiative. MSSWR is seeking a Girls in Sport Program Facilitator to support the delivery of an 8-week sport-based program for girls. Working closely with a qualified coach and under the supervision of the Program & Events Manager, the Facilitator will help create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment that encourages physical activity, confidence, teamwork, and well-being.
This role combines program facilitation, participant support, and light administrative responsibilities, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with youth in a community-based, culturally responsive setting.
Note: While this job description is comprehensive, it is not all-inclusive. The employee may perform other related duties as assigned by their supervisor.
Ability to work Tuesday evenings (6:30-8:00 PM) consistently throughout the program
