A leading foodservice organization in Laval, Quebec is seeking a Production Chef to coordinate and prepare a large volume of meals daily. You will manage kitchen staff, ensure compliance with hygiene standards, and assist with food planning. Candidates should have a degree in culinary management and at least 3 years of experience in a high-volume food production environment. Strong leadership and communication skills in French are essential.
