We are hiring a Product Operations Manager, Workforce Mgmt & Planning to help keep the Product & Technology organization running smoothly. you will coordinate the operating rhythm and planning cycles, maintain clear sources of truth and dashboards, spot and fix process gaps, and keep standards and templates up to date. You will support cross-functional projects with simple plans and risk tracking, share concise team updates and help run key events, as well as help prototype better ways of working. The goal is fewer bottlenecks, clearer ownership, and faster, higher-quality delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Operating rhythm and planning: Coordinate logistics for key business reviews and the quarterly cadence. Manage quarterly and annual planning, including product roadmaps, headcount/capacity, and budget alignment with Finance and HR; align teams, prep materials, and track follow-ups.
  • Sources of truth and dashboards: Maintain roadmaps, key metrics, org charts, calendars, and shared folders. Keep dashboards current and automate where possible.
  • Process improvement: Spot and fix operational gaps. Build simple, scalable processes that improve efficiency and quality.
  • Standards and templates: Keep checklists, templates, and documentation up to date. Streamline recurring decks.
  • Project management: Assist cross-functional initiatives with basic project plans, clear owners and timelines, and risk tracking.
  • Comms and team events: Communicate team updates and help run team events like the annual Hackathon and Quarterly All Hands.
  • Tools and automation: Use AI and light automations to prototype better ways of working. Roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot issues.
What you need to bring:
  • 3-5 years in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, Consulting, Program Management, or similar; SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Systems thinker who designs simple, scalable processes with strong attention to detail.
  • Bias to action, ownership end to end, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable tracking KPIs and using dashboards or light analysis to inform decisions.
  • Tooling savvy: Jira and Confluence; familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Looker or Tableau.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can influence without authority.
  • Customer-obsessed, collaborative, and resilient; motivated by making things easier, faster, and better.
  • A passion for helping others and making things right.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
