We are hiring a Product Operations Manager, Workforce Mgmt & Planning to help keep the Product & Technology organization running smoothly. you will coordinate the operating rhythm and planning cycles, maintain clear sources of truth and dashboards, spot and fix process gaps, and keep standards and templates up to date. You will support cross-functional projects with simple plans and risk tracking, share concise team updates and help run key events, as well as help prototype better ways of working. The goal is fewer bottlenecks, clearer ownership, and faster, higher-quality delivery.
You enjoy getting into the details and building simple, scalable processes that help teams deliver better and faster. You spot gaps, add structure where it is needed, and keep people focused on outcomes that matter for our merchants.
