Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive Product Vision: Set the strategy and roadmap for AI/ML-powered features, including smart assistants, yield predictions, recommendations, and proprietary recommendation models that differentiate our platform.
  • Translate Outcomes into ML-Backed Product Bets: Work with Data Science, Engineering, Design, Field Enablement, and Agronomy SMEs to turn agronomic and commercial objectives into actionable, ML-driven product initiatives.
  • Design for Multi-Modal Intelligence: Shape capabilities across chat, voice, forms, and emerging modalities, ensuring seamless and high-trust user experiences for crop consultants, growers, and operations teams.
  • Deliver Explainable AI: Champion transparency by embedding explainability, data freshness, and “why this?” logic into every recommendation and action.
  • Orchestrate End-to-End Automation: Connect insights to execution—automating prescription generation, order placement, dispatch, and integrations with minimal user friction.
  • Simplify Complex Workflows: Streamline financing, compliance, and operational processes, surfacing the right information and nudges at the right time.
  • Iterate with Users: Gather feedback from field teams and growers, using real-world insights to refine conversational and automation capabilities.
  • Ensure Responsible AI: Implement robust guardrails for privacy, bias, and compliance, and drive adoption of responsible AI practices throughout the product lifecycle.
What You'll Bring:

  • Analytics Literacy: Proficiency in SQL or equivalent analytics tools; ability to define and implement instrumentation for product telemetry.
  • Communication: Exceptional documentation and communication skills; able to translate complex ML concepts into actionable, plain-language narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Demonstrated ability to align and influence stakeholders, from field teams to executives, in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience with ag data (telemetry, imaging), geospatial, edge/offline environments.
