We are seeking a Product Manager who can help shape mission‑critical systems that serve as the backbone for Police, Fire, and EMS. Our Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) securely stores, organizes, and manages digital evidence, such as video, audio, and images, collected from various sources from body‑worn cameras to drones, to support investigations and public safety operations. You will guide the execution of products, working closely with customers, marketing, designers, and engineers to deliver solutions that simplify complex workflows, support critical decision‑making, and enhance community safety. This position is both strategic and hands‑on — balancing long‑term product direction with day‑to‑day prioritization to ensure our products continue to lead the industry.
Note: This position requires a security clearance from the Government of Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and must successfully obtain and maintain a Reliability security clearance.
