X2O Media is looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for defining, maintaining and communicating the strategic product vision & roadmap of X2O Media products. You will be responsible for executing the product roadmap. You will define and drive X2O Media products that meet market & customer needs. You will be responsible for defining the “what” & the “why” for X2O products. You will work closely with X2O Media’s technical management and product team to make sure that the strategic product & strategy vision is aligned in both its Software-as-a-Service and on-premise configurations. The X2O Media software development team consists of highly skilled software professionals across the entire development lifecycle who build outcome-based products in a community spirit based on knowledge sharing.

Position Responsibilities

The product manager will be responsible for product direction for software being developed for X2O Media Products. Additional responsibilities are listed below.

  • Define & maintain the product roadmap
  • Evangelize the product strategy & product roadmap across X2O Media
  • Ensuring the X2O Media corporate objectives are addressed with the roadmap
  • Define product business & technical requirements
  • Ensure internal stakeholder product expectations are met
  • Ensure customer requirements are met
  • Ensure that new features address competitive treats & market trends
  • Supporting sales during bid process
  • Identify potential business partners
  • Creation of product briefs for stake‑holder alignment
  • Writing & grooming of product backlogs
  • Definition and tracking (after release) of new feature criteria for success KPI’s
  • Customer engagement, acquisition, monetization retention
  • Participate in product pricing discussions
Position Requirements
  • Knowledge and passion for media products
  • Knowledge of Business Analytics Systems
  • Experience in cloud-based SAS business environments
  • Experience evolving in Agile/Scrum development cycle, building and delivering high quality software on time.
  • Experience working with UX/UI design teams
  • Knowledge with product instrumentation / analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Segment, Intercomm.io
