Requirements
Must have:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • A collaborative and inquisitive attitude with interdisciplinary problem‑solving skills—enjoys thinking creatively about user challenges, experimenting with AI, applying business acumen, and utilizing emerging technologies in innovative ways
  • Proficiency in Figma for documenting user journeys, collaborating with designers, and using Figma Make to create testable prototypes
  • Experience in facilitating both internal strategy meetings and external customer research, such as user interviews and collaborative workshops
  • Strong organizational capabilities: adept at managing multiple projects and establishing realistic timelines while ensuring transparent communication and setting clear expectations
  • Proven ability to convert customer insights into product concepts that align with business objectives
  • A genuine interest in fintech and trends in emerging technology, with enthusiasm for how innovation can address real customer challenges
Responsibilities
  • Develop product feedback loops by building relationships with sales and customer service teams to incorporate the customer’s voice within the product development process – Lead through influence: be proactive, communicative, and willing to engage and express opinions, even without formal authority – Utilize the Microsoft 365 suite—including Teams, Loop, Excel, and other tools—to organize and communicate effectively within the team
