How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Build and maintain a prioritized program roadmap that aligns with AMA’s strategic objectives.
  • Align business needs with enterprise direction and translate strategy into business-value solutions.
  • Provide content authority and expertise to plan, rationalize, and monitor a program of agile projects.
  • Oversee and support Product Owners while ensuring balanced resource utilization.
  • Monitor and document changes, decisions, risks, and issues; elevate appropriately.
  • Approve epic features for production and assess outcomes against program metrics.
  • Communicate program outcomes and strategic alignment to executive leadership.
  • Champion agile principles across teams to support effective, iterative delivery.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Post-secondary education or applicable certification, or actively working toward one.
  • Minimum 7 years of industry or functional experience, ideally within insurance
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership and management experience in an insurance environment.
  • Minimum 3 years managing multiple concurrent small teams.
  • Experience with agile project delivery methodologies (familiarity or certification).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate program goals to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to interpret strategy, think proactively, and translate deliverables into actionable agile plans.
