A leading tech banking firm in Toronto is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to oversee implementation of the Engine platform. The role combines client relationship management and project oversight, focusing on large-scale programs and technology solutions. Ideal candidates will have experience in financial services, strong project management skills, and the ability to adapt to various stakeholder needs. The position allows for hybrid working arrangements and may include international travel.

We are looking for future leaders to join our team, to build client relationships and understand their needs to solve them with Engine’s technology. The role will be based in Toronto with potential international travel and a hybrid in-office arrangement.
About the role
This role sits at the heart of Engine’s Product Delivery function, ensuring successful implementation of the Engine platform for clients. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery on large-scale programmes, focus on a functional workstream (e.g., Onboarding or Payments & Cards), and work with clients to understand challenges and address them with a technology-centred approach. You’ll develop strong knowledge of the Engine product and digital banking.
You’ll collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to design and implement solutions that meet client needs, enjoy problem solving, and support clients throughout their transformation journeys. Strong project management skills are required.
