Job summary

Farm Boy is seeking a capable supervisor to work alongside the Department Manager, delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and help implement departmental strategies to meet performance goals.

The role requires a post-secondary business program and at least one year of supervisory experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary program in business or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a similar role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service reflecting Farm Boy's standards.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to execute departmental strategies and goals.
• Coach, motivate, and recognize team to maintain trust and engagement.
• Lead regular team huddles to share goals and provide feedback.
• Support daily operations including staffing, merchandising, inventory, and payroll tasks.
• Assist with office and administrative duties including scheduling and invoicing.
• Ensure Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety compliance.
• Contribute to store success with other related duties as required.
