Farm Boy Inc. in Brantford, Ontario, is seeking a Department Manager to drive exceptional service and operational excellence. You will coach a team, manage the department, and collaborate with the Department Manager to hit goals while maintaining a safe, fresh shopping environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, a business-focused education, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is essential; French is a plus.

Competenze

• Post-secondary program with emphasis in business.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; professional communication.
• Comfort with manual and automated systems; basic computer software familiarity.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.
