Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. is seeking a supervisory/managerial role to collaborate with the Department Manager in delivering standout service and operational excellence. You will coach team members, conduct regular huddles, and support daily operations such as merchandising, staffing, and store cleanliness.

Ideal candidates bring a post-secondary business program and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, with strong organizational and communication skills. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service reflecting Farm Boy’s experience.
Work with Department Manager to execute strategies and meet goals.
Coach and develop team, provide feedback, and build engagement.
Lead regular team huddles to share goals and knowledge.
Ensure outstanding customer service, merchandising, staffing, and cleanliness.
Provide office and administrative support including inventory, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll functions.
Promote compliance with Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies.
