Farm Boy is seeking a department lead to deliver warm customer service and uphold exceptional standards in our fresh shopping environment. You will coach the team, execute department strategies with the Department Manager, and maintain operations, merchandising, and staffing with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is essential; French is an asset.

Competenze

• Post-secondary program in business with ≥1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and work in cool/freezer areas.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver warm, confident customer service in a fresh shopping environment.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to meet goals and performance targets.
