Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, engaging customer service reflecting Farm Boy’s standards.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to execute strategies and achieve goals.
• Coach and develop team, recognize achievements, build engagement.
• Lead regular team huddles to share goals and provide feedback.
• Support daily operations: staffing, merchandising, cleanliness.
• Provide office and administrative support including inventory and payroll functions.
• Ensure compliance with Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies.
• Assist with related duties to support store success.
