Farm Boy is seeking a store leadership professional to drive exceptional customer service and guide the department toward strong business results. You will partner with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to translate strategy into actions and cultivate a culture of trust, engagement, and high performance.

Responsibilities include coaching and developing the team, managing inventory and schedules, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to lead a team.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in retail or similar settings.
• Completion of Public Health Food Handler certification, Smart Serve, and Level A First Aid & Basic CPR or commitment to obtain within 6 months.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while guiding department to meet business goals.
