Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. is seeking a Department Supervisor to help deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will work with the Department Manager to implement departmental strategies, coach staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

The role requires at least a post-secondary business focus and one year of supervisory experience. You will manage schedules, assist with inventory and payroll, and promote safety policies while supporting a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary program with emphasis in business and 1 year of supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, engaging customer service.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to execute strategies and goals.
• Lead regular team huddles and provide meaningful feedback.
• Support daily operations: merchandising, staffing, and department cleanliness.
• Provide office and administrative support including inventory, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll functions.
• Promote compliance with Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies.
• Contribute to store success by assisting with other duties as required.
