Farm Boy invites you to join our Kingston store as a Department Manager. You’ll work with the Department Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive operational excellence, and build a high‑performing team. You have a post‑secondary program in business and at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.

You’ll manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment, use computer systems, and coach staff with integrity. English fluency is required, French is an asset.

• Post-secondary program in business and at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with professional communication.
• Comfort using computer software and various systems; standing, lifting, and outdoor work may be required.
• English fluency; French language skills considered an asset.

• Lead regular team activities, coaching, and performance feedback to build engagement.
• Support daily operations with outstanding customer service, merchandising, staffing, and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate inventory, scheduling, ordering, invoicing, and payroll functions.
