Farm Boy in Ontario is looking for a department supervisor to join our team alongside the Department Manager, delivering best-in-class service and an exceptional fresh shopping experience. You will coach the team, support daily operations, and help ensure accurate merchandising and scheduling across shifts.

The role requires the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in business.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in a similar role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Manager to deliver standout service and operational excellence.
• Lead regular team huddles to share goals and provide feedback.
• Support daily operations including merchandising, staffing, and departmental cleanliness.
• Provide office and administrative support such as scheduling and payroll functions.
• Promote compliance with Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies.
