Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a similar role, or equivalent education/experience.
• Post-secondary program with emphasis in business required.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy's commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Work with the Department Manager to execute departmental strategies and achieve stated goals and performance objectives.
• Support team development through training, coaching, motivation, and recognition while maintaining a high level of trust, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Lead regular team huddles to share goals, recognize achievements, exchange product knowledge, and provide meaningful feedback to build engagement and connection.
• Support daily operations by ensuring outstanding customer service, accurate merchandising and rotation, adequate staffing coverage, and consistent department cleanliness.
• Provide office and administrative support, including inventory management, ordering, invoicing, schedule maintenance, and payroll functions.
• Promote compliance with all Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety policies, procedures, and provincial regulations to maintain a safe and high-quality shopping environment.
• Contribute to store success by assisting with other related duties as required.
