Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. in Collingwood, Ontario is seeking a dynamic leader to deliver exceptional customer service and guide your department to strong results.

Working with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist, you’ll translate strategy into daily operations and build a culture founded on trust and high performance. You’ll lead hands-on coaching, recruit and develop your team, ensure policy compliance, and manage tasks from inventory to payroll.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Completion of a post-secondary program with emphasis in business.
• Completion of required certifications within six months of hire.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting Farm Boy’s vision.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Retail Specialist to drive performance.
• Build a culture of trust via coaching and regular team huddles.
• Develop and lead a high-performance team: recruitment, training, coaching, reviews.
• Promote policies and procedures per management meetings and manuals.
• Oversee operations: inventory, ordering, merchandising, payroll functions.
• Participate in store coverage as Manager on Duty with openings/closings.
• Ensure compliance with Safe Food Handling and Health & Safety rules.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support store success.
