Farm Boy in Ontario is seeking an experienced department supervisor to deliver standout service and operational excellence. You will lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, manage inventory, scheduling, and payroll functions to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

You will collaborate with the Department Manager to execute departmental strategies, maintain safety and compliance, and support community programs while offering growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Post-secondary program with emphasis in business; minimum 1 year of supervisory/management experience or equivalent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with clear communication.
• Comfort with manual and automated systems; experience with computer software programs.
• Able to work standing for long periods, in cooler/freezer/outdoor conditions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to execute strategies and meet goals.
• Coach and motivate the team; provide feedback and recognition.
• Lead regular team huddles and share goals and product knowledge.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll functions.
• Promote safety and compliance with all policies and provincial regulations.
• Contribute to store success by supporting related duties as required.
