Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. The Procurement Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of procurement buyers to ensure timely and efficient sourcing activities. This role focuses on improving and stabilizing the Time to Quote (TTQ), monitoring team KPIs, resolving invoice clearance issues, and reducing the backlog of open RFQs. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Team Lead will drive performance, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and foster continuous improvement across procurement operations.
