About you
To be considered, you will need:

• Experience preparing complex bid documents, including Supply Arrangements, Requests for Standing Offers, and Requests for Proposals
• Experience evaluating Statements of Work for completeness and adherence to procurement regulations
• Experience developing bid evaluation criteria for advisory services, Software Asset Management (SAM) best practices, contracted Software Asset Analysts, and SAM tool software
• Experience evaluating bids against mandatory requirements and recommending contract awards or issuing Standing Offers or Supply Arrangements
• Experience performing contract management tasks post-award
• Experience assisting in the development of procurement policies and procedures that align with new SAM workflows and support the federated structure of DND/CAF enterprise software contracts
• Experience providing procurement strategy advice and addressing post-contractual issues related to the SAM program
• Experience supporting priority software procurements as required
