What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial service companies to drive Pro Product success and customer retention
- Analyze product adoption data and account trends to identify actionable insights and customized solutions
- Collaborate with the Pro Implementation and Pro Account Management team to enhance onboarding and product utilization
- Engage in optimization discussions to ensure a positive ongoing customer experience
- Participate in active feedback loops with Product teams to translate customer needs effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 2+ years of relevant experience managing multiple accounts or 1+ years in the home services industry as a GM, Ops Manager, or similar role
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects using data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to navigate temporary ambiguity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in the Trades or field services ecosystem, either directly or through supporting field-based sales and operations teams
- Ability to translate product adoption data into executive-level conversations about revenue growth and efficiency gains
- Demonstrated experience managing complex customer initiatives like large-scale rollouts or phased deployments
