  • Baselining and Status Accounting: Creating and maintaining configuration baselines (snapshots of a system at a specific point in time) and providing reports on the status of configuration items and changes.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Conducting regular audits (physical and functional configuration audits) to verify that the actual system configuration conforms to documented requirements and established policies (e.g., ISO, SOX, GDPR).
  • Collaboration and Support: Working closely with business analysts, developers, IT teams, and end‑users to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, user manuals, and configuration specifications for all changes and processes in SAP Solution Manager.
