Infosys is seeking Senior Payments Product Manager. The resource will be joining our financial services domain consulting team, a specialized group with expertise in supporting Banking, Capital Markets, Cards & Payments, Mortgage and more. The candidate will interface with end‑users, IT teams and key stakeholders to gather system requirements and will apply technical proficiency across all stages of the software development life cycle, from requirements elicitation to defining solutions for complex business problems. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. Travel may be required.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in business analysis – eliciting business requirements, preparing requirement specification documents and defining solutions with engineering teams.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in the payments domain (ACH, Fedwire, TCH, SWIFT, etc.).
• At least 8 years of experience in check processing and ACH payments.
• At least 5 years of experience with ISO 20022 formats.
• At least 6 years of experience in agile methodologies (3–4 years of Product Owner experience is preferred).
• At least 4 years of consulting experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; planning, coordination and project‑management experience.
• Desire to work in a management‑consulting environment that requires regular travel.
• Responsible for contributing to the functional design, architecture of the solution and product configuration for an implementation.
• Should be able to lead project planning and delivery effort from the domain team.
• Build value through deep product, functional and application expertise and client‑manager engagement capabilities.
• The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods; the candidate must be able to communicate by telephone, email or face‑to‑face.
• Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated Compensation

Ontario: $101,500 to $134,404 per year.
