We are seeking a seasoned analytics expert to join as a Principal Analytics Strategist. This role involves working closely with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions across our European and North American marketplaces. You will analyze marketplace dynamics, supply-demand trends, and marketing impacts, transforming data into actionable insights. The role requires solving complex problems, working autonomously, and collaborating across borders.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with senior executives on analytical challenges across multiple domains.
• Lead investigations and structure complex problems into insights and recommendations.
• Translate broad questions into structured analyses, such as marketing ROI and product funnel optimization.
• Build trusted relationships and serve as an analytical advisor.
• Develop models, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.
• Contribute to analytics best practices, tooling strategies, and fostering an insight-driven culture.
• Utilize SQL, Python, Excel, QuickSight, and GenAI tools to accelerate insights.
